Klein Constantia Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 Case of 6 Description
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Current Vintage 2007
General
A relatively cool vintage punctuated by rains in early March which necessitated an additional week of ripening for our red vineyards. The resultant wine is structured and full bodied.
Description
Clear-cut Cabernet Sauvignon aromas with a hint of menthol. The ripe fruit profile is offset by fine grained tannins and well integrated oak flavours. A dry, savoury character enhances the lengthy finish.
Grape Variety Cabernet Sauvignon (100%)
